My white haired grandmother holds a special place in my heart, With summers spend helping her tend her vegetable and flower gardens, memories remain strong in my heart. The poppies, delphiniums, yellow roses, peonies, raspberry bushes, the purple clematis vine by the front door. Walking home from Sunday School with my Sunday hat, little white gloves and ever so careful not to smudge my shiny patten leather shoes, Greetings at the front door, the smells of homemade bread permeates the air.
